  • Shelia

Becoming very active in fitness and wellness in 1989, my journey as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer began in 2005. I was introduced to “Hot” Yoga in 2008 and became VERY interested in Yoga and the yogini path.

I pursued and completed my 200 hr RYT in 2012 (locally in Hendersonville, TN). Then I moved forward to complete my 500 hr RYT in Rishikesh, India Feb 2017. Additional certifications held are Restorative Yoga, Pre-/Post Natal yoga, Chair Yoga, and Pilates.

From instructing inside the US (TN, TX, FL) and in Mexico, to various studios and gyms, to counseling and doing workshops, my passion is helping others “connect” to their inner selves and find a higher level of overall wellness.

My mantra that I live by is “Be and become the Peace, Love and Light you want to see in the World”. May we all search, reach and strive to this end.

    Much Peace, Love & Light!

    Nikki

Mother of 5, navigating the homeschool journey for 14 years, celebrating 25 years of marriage. I am a lifelong learner with a background in education, languages and literature, but I am passionate about religious studies and history.

I embrace adventure and cultivate a non-judgmental space, and I hope to bring a new, excited energy to the practice and offer a safe environment to explore the mind-body-spirit connection.

  • Taylor

Taylor has been practicing yoga for 11 years and moved here in 2018 from Florida, after graduating from Florida State University with a degree in Recreation, Tourism, and Events. She found the practice of yoga as a means to provide balance and restore her body between strength training workouts. She has known for quite some time that she was meant to obtain her 200 hour teaching certification and begin sharing her love for yoga with others. She finally was able to accomplish this goal when she completed her 200 hour with Hola Yoga's first teacher training program.

Taylor believes that yoga is for everyone and it is less about the physical practice and more about connecting our minds with our physical bodies. She also believes in the power of moving our bodies to get stuck energy flowing and thus allowing us to find more peace and happiness in our everyday lives.

When off the mat, you can find her running events, traveling, trying new restaurants, or spending time with her two pups.
