FAQs

Please reach out via email with additional questions!

Are you beginner friendly?

Our classes are well-suited for the emerging yogi in you! As a small studio, you get specialized attention here and won't get lost in a sea of yogis. The instructor will always be able to see you and provide modifications and adjustments for more challenging poses. Let the instructor know you are new to the yoga practice and we'll take it from there!

 App vs. website

When you sign up for classes online and/or purchase a package, you will be directed to a link to download the PushPress Members app! We recommend downloading this app as it can be used to reserve or cancel spots in class, check yourself in, update Credit Card info, purchase plans, sign waivers, add emergency contact information, and join in on our private community chat! Please note, the app calendar only goes 6 weeks out!

If you'd rather use a website instead of the app, you can log in to our member's portal here (after you've purchased your package and created a login!)

Can I drop in or do I need to make a reservation?

We require reservations to all classes. Our instructors reserve the right to cancel classes if there are fewer than to class reservations. Please see our policies for cancellations, etc.

What if I’m running late?

We lock our doors when it’s time for class to start. Please allow yourself plenty of time to find parking, get checked-in and ready for class to avoid getting locked out.

Why do you have a strict reservation, attendance, and cancellation policy?

Simply out of respect for our instructor's time 🩷

What should I bring?

We do have some loaner mats and water available, but most students bring their own! Students are welcome to bring their own props if they’d like!

Parking

We have on-site parking! Due to the hours of neighboring businesses and schools, we suggest planning ahead for possible traffic, and parking.

Can I bring my children?

Our classes are designed for students 16 years of age and older. The yoga practice of a child is different from the practice of an adult. If you would like to bring your child to a regular yoga class with you, he/she must be at least 13 years old and you must follow the following criteria on our Young Student Policy.

Do you have hot yoga?

No, we have regular room-temperature yoga classes.
